Parts of the microscope - Objective Lens, Neck, Eye - Piece lens, Stage Clip, Course Focus Knob, Fine Focus Knob, Base, Light Source, Stage, Switch
Objective lens - in microscopy, the objective lenses are the optical elements closest to the specimen. The objective lens gathers light from the specimen, which is focused to produce the real image that is seen on the ocular lens. Objective lenses are the most complex part of the microscope due to their multi-element design.
Stage - Microscope Stages. All microscopes are designed to include a stage where the specimen usually mounted onto a glass slide is placed for observation.Stages are often equipped with a mechanical device that holds the specimen slide in place and can smoothly translate the slide back and forth as well as from side to side
Light source - Illuminator is the light source for a microscope, typically located in the base of the microscope. Combined, they control both the focus and quantity of light applied to the specimen. Condenser Focus Knob moves the condenser up or down to control the lighting focus on the specimen.\
Switch - The Switch of the microscope turns it on and make it work.
Base - The base of the microscope hold everything and make it stand up.
Neck - The neck of the microscope holds the objective lens, Stage and Stage clip into place.
